  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

1 Tim. 2:7 "Whereunto I am ordained a PREACHER, and an APOSTLE ( I speak the truth and lie not), a TEACHER of the GENTILES (thats US!) in faith and verity."

2 Tim. 1:11 "Wherunto I am appointed a PREACHER, and an APOSTLE (not one of the TWELVE), and a TEACHER of the GENTILES."

Acts 26:16,17 "....to make thee a MINISTER and a witness...delivering thee from the people and from the GENTILES, unto WHOM I NOW SEND THEE."

Romans 11:13 " For I speak to you GENTILES, in asmuch as I AM the APOSTLE of the GENTILES, I magnify my OFFICE."

Romans 15:16 "That I should be THE MINISTER of Jesus Chrsit (RISEN) to the Gentiles..."

Paul "usurping" a gospel? Hardly. He was GIVEN a brand new set of instructions for WE the Body of Christ. The only gospel on the scene BEFORE was Peters gospel. IT is what is referred to today as the "another gospel" with a curse attached to it.
