I have been on these boards for a while but for all essential purposes of like~minded fellowship am without a spiritual home here; too conservative for the liberals but perhaps too liberal for the conservatives? However after lurking in & out of the various denominational boards this place seems like a better fit than most. (I was in with the Anabaptists but their forum has essentially collapsed.)

Hi right back at ya.... Welcome to the Conservative forum. It can get a little contentious here now and then but you have to take some of the bad with the good and you'll be alright. I'm always amazed at just how wide the views are of those who call themselves "conservative Christians."

We had about a dozen for a while, all rescuees from a battery farm. I miss having chooks but we're a bit too urban round here now. Maybe, one day...

Yeah, I shut it down cause I just didn't have much to say, post something occaisonally on the CF blog, but that's about it.

You'll like it here; lots of nice folks, mostly women for some reason but they're great. Sneaky, but great
