  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hey yall!!! (I dont think people from Seattle actually use "yall" all that often... But whatever lol)
I'm excited to connect with you guys and learn what I can from you! I've been worship leading for the better part of 15 years, songwriting, and have only recently launched a collective of worshipers, calling ourselves Of Dust. I'm plugging in here to grow myself, but also glean insight and wisdom for all of you for the new group! Cant wait to chat!!!

Welcome, I lived in the Puget Sound for 10 years, 4 of which were on Capital Hill in Seattle. I was young and was a circus acrobat for a street circus years ago. I currently live in Dallas, which is much more conservative than Seattle. Keep shining the light in the dark place!

Thanks! We're just loving God and loving people!!! We LOVE the Dallas area! I've got friends who live near there! Some mentors of my wife and I. Texas does it right!!!
