I just rented this last night and I must say "Oh my goodness".

This movie had me on the edge of the seat all the way.

If you have seen this movie, give us your review...

I think it's one of the best horror movies I've seen in months.

I don't think it was the scariest.... but it was definately, without a doubt the most disturbing movie I have ever seen. I think that's what makes it the best horror movie. I thought the story line was very, very creative and the ending was great. I would never have expected what happened.

I really liked the movie as well. It was different from the other ones because it doesn't have "make believe" stuff, yet a story line that could actually happen.

The only criticism I have is that the acting wasn't that good.

I didn't hate the movie, but the writting and the acting sucked, which probably means the directing sucked.
Alot of the lines the actors had just didn't make sense because the timing seemed off.

- How in the world are cops going to let a suspect get away like that? In real life you kick a switch that causes those drills to go off, and you are shot.

- The wife gets the jump on the guy, and what is she thinking about? And what is her husband thinking about?
Yeah we have the guy, now lets kiss and make up!! Oh and don't forget to take your eyes off of the madman, that always helps, and it is so believable to.

- Ok correct me if I'm wrong, but if you were a suspect in a serial killing murder case, wouldn't you remember that in the beginning of the movie, not in the middle?
I mean the whole thing had the M.O. of the serial killer that the doctor was questioned about, and he doesn't remember it???
"Uh oh yeah dude, I almost forgot! This serial killer does this same kind killings, so I'm pretty sure it is him."
You're pretty sure??? Is that your final answer???

- And how about that PI?
Ok you take some pictures of this guy cheating on his wife, and then on the same night you end up chianed with the guy. Don't you think perhaps you would mention that part???

-"Well what does he look like?"
The PI finally tells the doctor who he is and how he was hired. But when asked that question, he replied "I don't know..." basicly he was an ordinary looking guy.
But then you see a figure coming in close to reveal the dectective.
Ummm I think you would remember a big black middle aged man with a distinct scare.
That tactic they used was for suspense, like the whole bad guy gets away from a point blank gun pointed at him...a few dozen times.
It is the directors way of sucking you in.
Well it was a bad way to do that, because it was unrealistic and it took me out of rythem of enjoying this movie.


Oh and in the beginning I guessed who the killer was.

1) You apparenlty would make a bad cop. No, in real life cops do not shoot first and ask questions later. Shooting someone is the LAST resort any cop takes. There is supsect there are other people he may have somewhere and he would be the only one to tell them where. Same case with the drill chair. He turns it on, you kill him, now how do you suspect you learn how to turn it off, hm? That's how real life cops work. The movie, and many others, try to keep that reality.

1. I didn't say they would kill him, I said they would shot him, and that is a fact.

2. Well it looks like you agree with me, "it's just a triller" as if in real life they wouldn't, but in a movie who cares, right?

3. Use logic in telling me how it would be boring.
And it still doesn't make sense.

4. Hey the guy who hired you would be the number one suspect as far as the kidnapped guys are concerned. So yeah that info is vital.

5. I said that was the directors way of building up suspense. A shadowed figure that comes into the light I don't have a problem with. What I had a problem with was the guy who was describing him, and how he remembered him as normal.

6. That is why it's called a "guess". If I knew who the killer was, then I would have said "I knew who the killer was at the beginning."
It was an obvious suspect for several reasons.
Rule 1. The guy that looks like the villian, is never the villian.
Rule 2. The person who seems the most innocent, usually is the villian.
So that just left me with the conclusion that they had the orderly as the biggest suspect, automaticly ruling him out. And who was the most innocent person? The dead guy.
It's elementary my dear Watson!

And for your imformation, I spent thousands on a videocamera, and editing equipment, just to make movies, as it is my dream to be a director.

Hate to be the one to go against the thread, but I thought the movie was to predictable I saw most of it coming before it happened. Maybe I've just to many movies and they are all about the same, I think new plot lines should be developed.
