  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Has anyone seen this?
I liked the story of the first one, but I didn't like how it was directed(or written) on some scenes. But I still liked it.

Check this animated scene. If you have seen the first one, then it won't spoil anything. In fact, I like it so much if I made this movie it would be my opening scene.

I watched the movie last night.
It's not bad for a horror movie.

Some what of a spoiler, but not really. Still you may not want to read this.

I wasn't a big fan of the character developement in the first one, and this one is even worst.
All of the victims acted like they were all from New Orleans. A bunch of animals with no sense.
Not all of the characters.
I think this movie has a great story line, but I think they deliver it the wrong way.
I think if they went to a more realistic approach, the series would have been much better. Maybe even making the list for one of the best horror movies ever.
But they go at it in a fake way wether they mean to or not.

"Saw" played at my theatre earlier this year. The audience was primarily "20 Somethings". I found the film depressing and do not find this type of film entertaining. I often wonder why so many in our population (even in the Christian community) go for gory, special effects, violent films?

Yeah, but the Bible's violence was for a purpose. The violence in horror movies is gratuitous. Gore for shock value. Not cool, man.

Gore and shock are sin?

Horror movies are like art shows on rollercoasters.
It's a challenge to try and make such ideas look real on screen.
Some horror movies were designed around the several different horror scenes.
So the story and dialog suck, but the death scenes are what people want to see.
