The dragon makes war with those who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Rev 12:17 KJV
(17) And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
How? He comes up with his own “son”…. “another jesus” (the first beast) who is preached by his “minister”…a false prophet (the second beast).
The dragon gave the first beast (“another jesus”) of Revelation 13 his power and “seat” and great authority.

(2) And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
The “mouth” that was given to the first beast in Revelation 13 is the mouth of the outside nations of the world who blaspheme the name of God because of the preaching of the first beast….the “another jesus”. They open their "mouth" in unison to mock the true Jesus as a result of the preaching of "another jesus".

(5) And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
(6) And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
The “soldiers” (Greek: stratiōtēs = a “camperout”) who mocked Jesus as He was lead to be crucified represent the nations of the outside world….the “camperouter”s" of the world.
They led Him into the “hall” (Greek: aulē)…that is, the COURTYARD….where they mocked Him. This is what is going on in outside world today….the mocking of Jesus. The outside world is under control of the evil one. They know not what they are doing.

(16) And the soldiers led him away into the hall, called Praetorium; and they call together the whole band.
(17) And they clothed him with purple, and platted a crown of thorns, and put it about his head,
(18) And began to salute him, Hail, King of the Jews!
(19) And they smote him on the head with a reed, and did spit upon him, and bowing their knees worshipped him.
(20) And when they had mocked him, they took off the purple from him, and put his own clothes on him, and led him out to crucify him.
It is in the “court” or COURTYARD (same Greek word: aulē) that the “gentiles”…the outside nations who are under the power of the evil one…tread the holy city under foot.
This is the time we are currently living in where the people of the outside world (the "camperouts") are mocking Jesus and all of the eyewitnesses of Jesus of the Bible until the time is up for them….the fullness of the gentiles/nations.

(2) But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
Pilate’s judgment seat/throne was….in the “courtyard” called “Praetorium”…where Jesus Christ was tried and condemned to death.
This is where the multitude was persuaded to desire “another Jesus” the Barabbas rather than the Jesus who is the true Christ who was then destroyed.
Mat 27:19-20 KJV
(19) When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.
(20) But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus.
This is synonymous for Satan’s seat/throne today….in this time where the nations are mocking Jesus as the “soldiers” mocked Jesus.
All the things that were going on during Pilate’s time in the “courtyard” is going on now as many are choosing “another jesus” who is not the Christ but is instead a decoy of Satan that the false prophet is preaching as the outside nations of the world mock.
They then crucify the true Jesus out of their own lives as His eternal life is never made manifest in their outer mortal flesh.
The seat/throne of Satan is in the judgment hall….courtyard where the nations mock the true Jesus… where there is the power of Satan to deceive us with his “another jesus” as preached by his “ministers” and they all have the power to crucify the true Jesus Christ out of our own lives.

(10) Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee?
(11) Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.
We choose death and not life when we choose to serve “another jesus” that is being preached by the false prophet (the second beast) and who is preaching “another gospel” and not the true gospel of our Lord Jesus.

(12) And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;
“Antipas”…..meaning “for all or against all”…represents the true gospel. Satan and his ministers have "slain" the preaching of the true gospel so that the choice many are making are for "another jesus".
The true gospel is not being preached as a witness in ALL the world. It has been “slain” among us as it is not being preached as all of the false prophets are not preaching it all.
(13) I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr(WITNESS) , who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
The true gospel is for ALL of the world (Antipas =for all).
This is why the true gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in ALL the world for a WITNESS unto ALL nations.
Right now, that witness has been “slain” as the true gospel of Jesus Christ is not being preached in this world. We currently don’t hear the preaching of the true good news anywhere in this world.

The “judgment seat” is where there is choice being made either for the true Jesus or for the “another jesus” the Barabbas (son of the “father”).
It is as if a vote is being cast by stones/pebbles.
The judgment seat of Satan is a place called the “Pavement” which means “stones strown”….and that is what the ancient Greeks did as they voted with pebbles. They cast their votes with pebbles.
The word “Gabbatha” means “elevated, knoll”…as the pebbles pile up in a high/elevated heap by many people voting.

(13) When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.
The church in “Pergamos”…which means “height or elevated” ….lives in this time of the “voting”.
The decision is to the release the true Jesus (His eternal life) in our lives or are we being are being persuaded by false prophets to crucify the true Jesus out of their own lives. The false prophets are NOT preaching the true good news of the our mortal salvation in this earth. If we are not hearing it, then we are only voting for the wrong “jesus” to release and crucifying the Prince of life out of our own.
The pile of pebbles is piling up high…in elevation (Pergamos= elevated, height)…as MULTITUDES have voted with their “pebbles” to crucify the true Jesus out of their own lives in favor to accept “another jesus” that is being pushed by Satan’s ministers.
This is why Jesus said He will give us who overcome a “white stone” ….to vote with. We vote for the true Christ and not the false Christ.
The word “stone” is the Greek word here in Revelation 2:17 for the church in Pergamos is “psephos”: a pebble (as worn smooth by handling), that is, (by implication of use as a counter or ballot) a verdict (of acquittal) or ticket (of admission); a vote: - stone, voice.

(17) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
To those who can overcome, He gives the "hidden manna"....the hidden wisdom...because the false prophets are not preaching it. They have slain "Antipas"...the witness of the true gospel in this world.
The "princes of this age"....those false prophets...do not know the true gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. If they had known it, they would not crucify the Lord of glory.....who has already been raised up in glory.
