Bio: her real parents died when she was small, and she was raised by the elves. Her real mother was an elf, and her real father was a human. Her elvish parents, were good friends with her real parents, and promised her parents that they would look after Sam if anything ever happened to them. After her parents died, she was adopted by her elvish parents as their own, but they told her when she was old enough to hear it that she was adopted, but they didn't tell her that she was half-elf because they didn't think she was ready to hear that yet. Once she turned 13, her elvish parents told her that she is a half-elf, and that they were close friends with her parents. Sam was shocked to learn that she was half-elf, considering that she didn't look like an elf. She can speak as well as an elf, and was taught how to shoot a bow and fight with a sword by her elvish father. She's traveling to Shayna Glen to see if she can find out anything about her real father before he died and before he met her mother. Sam had already found out all she could about her real mother in the elvish realm.
