I'm a Christian who doesn't believe anyone has gone to Heaven yet, not even the 12 Disciples, as I believe this to be the heresy of Hymenaeus and Philetus (2 Timothy 2:17-18), and that the resurrection doesn't happen until Christ's second Advent, when those in Christ come out of the grave and are taken up with other faithful ones on the last day (1 Thessalonians 4:16, Mark 13:26). Even early Christian Justin Martyr commented on this: "You may have fallen in with some who are ‘called’ “Christians“. However they do not admit this [truth], and they venture to blaspheme the God of Abraham… They say there is no resurrection of the dead, but rather, they say that when they die, their souls are taken to heaven. Do not imagine that they are Christians.” – Justin Martyr (160 CE) In my view, I'd like to share Acts 24:15 and Revelation 20:4-6, 12-14: "I have the same hope in God that these men have, that he will raise both the righteous and the unrighteous" “Then I saw the thrones, and those seated on them had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image, and had not received its mark on their foreheads or hands. And they came to life and reigned with [the] Anointed One for a thousand years. [The rest of the dead did not come back to life until the thousand years were complete]. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection! The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of [the] Anointed, and will reign with Him for a thousand years... And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne. And there were open books, and one of them was the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their deeds, as recorded in the books. The sea gave up its dead, and Death and Sheol gave up their dead, and each one was judged according to his deeds. Then Death and Sheol were thrown into the lake of fire”. From my understanding, Jesus will come, and will take up faithful Christians to be saved, and then God's Kingdom will rule and judge the Earth. Those of the Second Resurrection are those not in Christ, but will be judged possibly, for the deeds they have done in this life, if they do not repent on being raised from the dead, and also must pass the final test of Satan when he is released one last time upon the Earth, whilst Christ is ruling (Revelation 20:3). Then it will all be finally over forever. During that time, it is my outlook that those who did not get chance to know Christ in this life and all the worldly nations, might get chance in that time, and will have to show and prove their faith, in the way that Christians have today in our time. The current purpose of God it seems, is to gather and "fill up the number of Gentiles" for his Kingdom (Romans 11:25), where he will give many a place as Christ's Bride, and over the belongings, and the advantage of being faithful now, is glory of that first resurrection, and safety from the final release of the Devil, and to be at Christ's side during this final work. My view in this respect is "Millennialist". But this is my personal outlook based upon my study of the scriptures, others are free to have another view. :)
