What do you think about the Salvation Army use of uniforms? What about other Christian sects that have a dress code?
Does clothing matter?

I don't care if the Salvation Army wears uniforms or not. I see them as a group that is doing the charitable work Christ commanded even if I don't agree with their doctrines. The Orthodox Churches are a different matter. Priests, Bishops, etc., wear priestly vestments patterned for the most part after the garb of Roman civil officials such as governors, emperors, and so forth. It places them on par with the civil authorities and are symbolic of Christ's conquering of the nations. See Rev 2:27, "...he shall rule them with a rod of iron".
