Sad News

I had my ultrasound today at what should have been a little over 10 weeks but I've miscarried somewhere around the 8 week mark. I have to have a D&C on Wednesday. I'm not shocked because I thought something felt wrong but I wish this wasn't real. I wish I'd wake up and see it was a dream but that isn't going to happen.

Someone gave me a bunch of blessings today. I suspect it may have been someone here. Thank you for thinking of me. This is definitely not easy. I cried at the chiropractor when he asked me how the baby was doing. But, I think I'll be okay eventually.

I had my D&C today. It was pretty much horrible. But I have family with me today so that helped. Tomorrow my husband will have to go to work and I'll be here alone. I think that is going to be rough.

Oh, my God... I'm so sorry, Dena. *huge hug* I will pray for you and your husband, that you both are able to fully grieve this and allow God's comfort to surround you both. Your baby will forever be a part of you though... forever.
