personality:sweet, polite and generous. Always stands up for people, especially his sister, Marie. He doesn't want anything to do with hurting his sister or anyone else. He became her father-figure. He also has a job of a paper boy and a waiter at a beaten-up restaurant nearby to help with money.
appearance:blond hair that reaches down to his shoulders and bangs that pass his hazel eyes, baggy, ripped jeans and a black shirt. He is 5'5 and a little tan.

personality:shy, quiet and doesn't talk to anyone, but only wispers to her brother. The reason is that she witnessed how her parents were murdered and hasn't said anything to anyone since. She loves spending time with her big brother and hates it when there separated. She never likes the dark and sometimes can cry easily.
appearance:light red short hair that almost looks bright orange and has a darker orange ribbon tied on the left side. has only a pair of sandals and denim shorts and a white shirt. Her skin isn't as tan as her brother's. She is short for her age. She is 4'8.
background: one year and 6 months ago, Ryan and Marie's parents were murdered in a drive-by shooting. Marie was with them at the time and Ryan was coming home from school because he get's out later then Marie does. Then Ryan and his sister had to go to an orphanage. Ryan didn't want this for them, so they decided to run away from it 2 months later. Now they had an abandoned apartment they've been living in and Ryan could only afford money for them to go to school and eat at least 1 or 2 meals a day. They hardly ever went to church.
