CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I LOVE Rurouni Kenshin! That is definitely one of my all time favorite shows. It's historical, philosophical, solemn, and funny. Plus, it has a bit of romance, too!
(Kenshin and Kaoru for instance ) So, it's one of the perfect shows for me.

Yeah, Rurouni Kenshin is a great series. To be honest, I always liked it but got really into it around the Shishio saga. That was just great. But make sure you watch the OVA's as they are just great and explains a lot.

after Kyoto ended.
i have all three arcs and i would have to say too that it got really boring after Makoto Shishio was defeated. the very last one where there was a feng shui and stuff was sort of creepy for lack of a better term. all in all it was one of the best series i have seen. if you like that one you guys should check out Shura No Toki. its kind of like RK but its about this guy named Yakomo Mutsu who doesnt fight with weapons but with his family's style called Mutsu-Enmei Ryu. they even include swordsman like Musashi Miyamoto in the first 5 episodes. it has the slapstick humor and some romance too. check it out.
