routine!!!

my son has a routine now

he goes to bed at 10pm, when we do, sleeps 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours eats sleeps another 3-4 1/2 hours eats then sleeps another 2 hours and is up around 8 ish
then he is up till around noon and takes a 4 hour nap and is up for the night till bedtime

Gotta love it when they finally get into a routine, it's easier to schedule & plan, you know?

It must be a big relief for you to know what to expect! It was to me when my kids finally figured out their routine for a bit.

One learned routine leads to another,that's the beauty of them.They don't even realize how routine helps the yet.Mine all shared the same routine until one hit pre teen.Now,that's a challenge.
