Romans every day

Has anyone ever tried reading one verse of Romans every day? It has close to 365 verses (one for each day of the year) and it's a pretty important book on doctrine, theology and living the Christian life.

If you did, was it productive and did you learn alot that way?

The book of Romans really opened up to me and its cohesiveness and meaningfulness became real to me several years ago when I did just the opposite of reading a verse a day...I read the whole book in one sitting.

I would suggest the single reading first and then spend a year meditating on a verse a day.
