It's Penne Puttanesca with chicken. *it has anchovies in it.
I never thought about STEW, it would be good, I mesquite smoked it of CHRISTmas.Tricia4Jesus said:Mmmmm Turkey. Make a sandwich. Make some soup. Make turkey stew. There should be a million things you can do with it. I am sure if you went on to butterball.com you might find some interesting ideas for all those leftovers.

This pasta sauce is from Naples, Italy. Its title means "spaghetti in the manner of a prostitute."mamabear56 said:I'm not sure about the anchovies, but I love Italian food, and I love chicken. What kind of a sauce is with it?

Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic, anchovies and chile; cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes, capers and olives and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly. Stir in parsley and cook for another minute.

I made a B-B-Q with a rotisserie that is powered by a 12volt battery that way I can take it with me when I go fishing and dont have to watch the food as I fish. It works great for Turkey, and is big enought to cook a turkey and a ham at the same time.
I'll go find my bottle opener, and wait for your callMMXII said:Deal
Have to be, how else am I supposed to stand out from the crowed, you Ladies are hard enough to impress as it is. =}Tricia4Jesus said:Wow... So you're a multi-tasker.
Happy B-Day Bee, have a dance for me. And you are right there is NO better way to make a moist turkey, I stuff it like I was going to bake it [not to dry, and with orange wedges] then put on to turn and sear IN all the juce and flavors.loribee59 said:Ever had smoked turkey? My dad smoked it for Thanksgiving, and I love it...it's a lot better than eating BAKED turkey. The meat is sooo moist. MMMMM
