  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

A few months back I heard Slyvester Stallone speaking in a radio interview on a sports talk show. He spoke about his new Rocky movie called "Punchers Last Chance." Some people thought that it might be Rocky managing his son as he fought, but Stallone mentioned that it would be Rocky fighting again. A la George Foreman as an older fighter wanting to fight one more time. Has anyone else heard anything about this? Thanks.

I did hear Stallion awhile back mention the possibility of another Rocky movie.

Either of the above mentioned ideas for the movie might work - he could have his real life son appear again just as he did in Rocky V.

I love Rocky, especially the original, it would be nice to see him go out a champ rather than how he ended up in Rocky V.
Same here, although in the end of V he did win and was some how vindicated, I still want to see him back on top and hopefully see the Rocky series come full circle. Even if it wasn't Rocky fighting and his son instead that would be fine too.

Yeah I have heard about this movie for a while but my original impression was the whole training the son thing. I'd much rather see him fight one more time. But i'd like a good twist. Like, he loses. Or something. I'd much rather see that then a very predictable ending.

That would be cool, if the storyline is good. Rocky I, II, & IV were really good. Rocky III (Mr. T just annoys me, plus the "Eye of the Tiger" theme was overdone) and Rocky V (too much drama  ) left something to be desired.
