I am returning home to Ottawa in a few days for research purposes. While I'm there, I noticed that AiG personel Richard Fangrad will be a guest on one of my favourite local talk radio stations (CFRA). I will probably call in, as I do every time CFRA has an evolution-denier on air. I'm just wondering if anyone here (most likely Canadians) have ever had the pleasure of speaking with him. What's he like? What agenda does he push? Any suggested questions I might ask him?
I figure I would like to tackle the big issues with him, so I'll ask specific questions about the nature of science and faith, and the teaching of creationism in the science classroom.

Had a listen to Fangrad on the radio last night. I tried calling in, but didn't get on air. He tossed about the typical YEC falsehoods, including "fresh dinosaur bone," the undefined existence of biblical "kinds," and "a loving God would not use evolution to create a good world." What angered me even more was when the talk show host said that only a deceiving god would hide spiritual truths in subliteral language -- and he's a pastor! I wanted to ask him how he felt about Jesus' parables or Proverbs 25:2.
There were several uneducated callers who were bewildered by how "complex" everything is that it must have all been done by magic. They wondered how something like eyes or hearts could have possibly evolved and decided that no explanation could be given. On the whole, though, very little in the way of science was presented, and the tone of the whole show seemed very much like that of previous shows in which Bigfoot and aliens were being discussed. It struck me that people largely continue to regard creation "science" as on par with all the various other pseudosciences out there. It wasn't taken very seriously on the show (save for by the host), and I find some comfort in that.

Did he filter the callers? Were there any tough questions asked?

Intellectual dishonesty from Christians really disappoints me. I'm not really sure how these people justify it.
