Richard Cheese, anyone?

Anyone heard of this guy? In the same vein as Weird Al's polka medleys, he sings his own versions of popular songs, except in a Sinatra-esque style. It's quite catchy, actually. Some of his covers include:

Chop Suey - System of a Down
Rape Me - Nirvana
That stupid Milkshake song - no idea, but it matters not
Enter Sandman - Metallica
Creep - Radiohead
Keep 'em Separated - Offspring

And a bunch of others, too. Like I said, if you like Weird Al's Polka songs, you'll probably get a few laughs from this guy.

I've heard some of his stuff. It is mildly amusing, but if you're a rabid fan of the bands whose song he covers, you might not like it unless you can take a joke.

yeah richard cheese is funny. his versions of closer by nine inch nails and break stuff by limp bizkit are pretty interesting actually. what makes his music funny is that is sounds so white.

He is a funny guy. A lot like Weird Al, but he doesn't change the words. He just covers them in a jazz kinda stlye. Very unique. I like it.

It's more of a lounge/cabaret feel... a lot more campy than regular jazz.

He was the studio band leader on VH1's cover band competition show (which I cannot for the life of me remember what the name was). Richard Cheese and Lounge Against The Machine. I wish they'd bring that show back.
