Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past
I met a friend I had not known,
Not from the street, not on the phone,
Not at my job, nor in a class,
Not at the Chevron getting gas;
I didn't see him at Starbucks
Nor at the park while feeding ducks.
We've never met or shaken hands,
Not in the town nor on the sands.
And though he's young and still in school,
I think he's great; he thinks I'm cool.
At Christian Forums I met Zay,
And "talking" with him makes my day.
