  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Is it true dispensationalist believe this passage speaks of the Rapture?

Here are some wise words Steve Gregg, a partial-preterist amillennialist shared on this doctrine of dispensationalism:

"Dispensational interpreters believe this passage is the Rapture of the church, but then the book becomes largely irrelevant, not only to the original readers, but also to all Christians of any period. This is because the church will be in heaven before the majority of the prophecies begin to unfold, neither experiencing nor witnessing their fulfillment. This leaves it far from obvious why Christians should take an interest in such events - or why God should wish to reveal them to us."

No, not all Dispensationalists believe that Revelation 4:1 refers to the Pre-Trib Rapture of the Church - which is His Body.

For example, those few of us on here who are Mid-Acts Dispensationalists believe that the Church - which His Body - began when Paul was saved, and that he ALONE writes of the Pre-Trib Rapture in Romans thru Philemon.

To answer the other notion - we, along with our non Mid-Acts Dispensational brethren - study things outside of Body truth because "ALL Scripture IS GIVEN by inspiration and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction" in short, "for instruction in righteousness" towards God's intent - "that the man of God be may be THROUGHLY furnished unto ALL good works," 2 Tim. 3:16, 17.

Dispensationalists take the simplicity of the Gospel and compartmentalize it all with a contrived, complex theology and eschatology.

Hi , and do you see the MYSTERY in the book of the Revelation ?

The whole book is showing how God will PURGE the unbelieving Jews before they enter the Millennium .

Will you explain Rev 14:6 where there is another Gospel to be preached in the Great Tribulation called The Everlasting Gospel .

This means that there are a minmum of 4 Gospels , 2 in Gal 2& called the Un-circumcision Gospel preach by Paul and the Circumcision one preached by Peter and the thired Gopsel preached to ABRAH in Gal 3:8 .

Speaking of the devil... there is only one Gospel, Gal. 1:6-10 & Eph. 4:4-6

EPHESIANS 3:6 that the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

Problem is yours is "another, which is not another" at all - yours is a mix of Israel's PROPHESIED program, with the Body's KEPT SECRET [program]… thus, your "another... of none effect."

I have to believe you mean well, but the way you and yours render passages mentioning "other sheep," "another nation," "sit down on my right hand until," and countless others, well, yours is simply "another which is not another" at all.

It is what it is, when context is overruled as yours so consistently do. Sigh...

You have no clue what the Mystery of the Gospel is? There is only one mystery of the gospel... it is explain quite simply in Ephesians 3:6! It doesn't get any simplier than this.

What was the Gospel of Abraham -- Jesus Christ, THE SEED in whom all the nations are blessed!

What is the Everlasting Gospel -- Jesus Christ!

What is the Gospel of Uncircumcision and Circumcision -- Jesus Christ!
