  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

HI Everyone,

I am new to the forum. I am requesting everyone's prayers, my aunt was admitted to the ICU with the possibility of having an emergency operation on her brain. She recently lost her daughter which has caused some depression. I am requesting your prayers for her physical healing and the healing of her heart and emotions. Her name is Florence.

Thank you in advance for your prayers! I look forward to posting a wonderful praise report.

I pray for Florence Lord for healing of the area that needs surgery. Please lift this woman's spirits and ease her pain from the loss of her daughter. I pray for Florence's family that they may have peace and assurance of your love Lord. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

Father I thank you so much that you have thought to place us in families. Lord I pray for Florence. You know the ins and outs of her situation and I ask that you hand of love and healing be upon her and that your peace and mercy be with the family
