Reps NOT working

Nex, when can we get the reps working properly? I'd hate to lose the participation of the many who post in the Rep Forum.

Yeah, I'm having this same problem.

I get reps, but they don't go up.

Default Reputation for new members is 10.

For every 365 number of days, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

For every 1000 number of posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

For every 1000 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

Here would be an example: Lets say you have 3000 posts, have been registered for just over a year and have a reputation of 1000.

3000 Posts: 3 Points
365+ Days: 1 Point
Rep of 1000: 1 point

This is the rep formula that was used before the change.

Please keep it the same.

At the old site we had 40 reps instead of 20 when we were a site supporter..1)
At the old site could rep the same person more than once if I wanted to...here it doesn't work...2)
Any ideas when this will be fixed?

[1] It a global issue (as blessings).
[2] It effects an entire sub forum.

It may be minor to you, but for hundreds of others it is not.

Well to me, spreading reputation around to other people is not that big of a deal but I understand that it is for others. I see a big deal as something that would affect using the site to post or something like that.
