? reported post went to Reputation ?

Ok, I just want to make a formal report that I THINK there
was a glitch when I tried to report a post yesterday -
I was horrified this morning to see that it showed up on my "reputation given" page!!!!!

Has this happened to anyone else? I'm about positive I didn't click
the lightbulb to give a rep by accident instead of the red
exclamation symbol for a report. I remembered seeing the regular
report box - not a rep box.

If this is a one time incident, then please disregard this report.
But I am also worried that it may look like a form of harrassement
for "flame" to show up in someone's rep notes (which I would
NEVER do - I don't rep people for rude posts lol).

So I do think I need to formally make this report at least for that reason
alone - if it was a complete mistake when I thought I was sending
a report.

If not, this really needs fixing asap. I'm nervous about reporting
any posts now.

If that has happened, if you PM me the rep comment and who it was for, I can delete it. This happened yesterday but the person thought it had been their own error. We better look into it and see what's going on.

Tonks has just pm'd me that the report was handled & the rep issue
will be reversed when they can get to it and that this isn't
the only time it's happened. I guess it's happened to others before.

(that makes me feel a little better since I thought I was losing
my mind not to have recognized a rep box from a report box)
