Actor/director Ralph Waite (of Waltons fame) passed away yesterday.

How sad. Sad this gets no responses either while all the craptacular stuff on TV passing for entertainment gets plenty. The patriarch of a great show (which tragically wouldn't get off the ground today). I also saw him in the theater, he was very good.
