What is the difference between religion and superstition or religion and cult or religion and philosophy?
Well religion is just a crutch. Christianity is not a religion. Christ was a real human that was fully God. His resurrection was recorded by other than Christians. So we talk about reality. Religion is not reality. Its any thing that teaches there is a way to God other than by Jesus Christ. What is the difference between religion and superstition or religion and cult or religion and philosophy?

And how does that differ from superstition?
How does that differ from saying a lucky prayer?
And asking for forgiveness after doing something sinfully unlucky?
Or if you don't, then breaking the mirror of committing a sin getting you the bad luck of damnation?
That's not a thing anybody does. So the other would at least be possible.
"Bless this food which is set before us..."That's not a thing anybody does. So the other would at least be possible.
Sometimes organised. I also think New Age type stuff is highly superstitious, often systematised, but not necessarily organised. Hmmm...And organized?

I don't mean to suggest that religion is merely superstition. There are obviously various other elements to it (community, ritual, and so on). But if the question is how religion and superstition are related, then I would say that religions tend to systematise their superstitions, or that religion is intrinsically superstitious. I could be wrong though, since there are many religious people who are skeptical of superstitions, both within and beyond their religious traditions. (My initial comment was partly tongue-in-cheek, so you're making me give it more thought than I otherwise would have. What about the presence of the golden rule in all religions? It's not in superstitions.
