Reine Liran
Daughter of Sagis Liran, one of the Six in the Council of the Order of Orion. His position represents Water, the fourth of the six elements on the Council.
She's grown up under the shadow of her father, a man to be considered great in society. Values and rules were the building blocks of her childhood. She always played the obedient child, until one fateful day.
It seemed that her respite to the mountains and their surrounding forest was the perfect way for her to spend some time alone and balance her being, as well as practice the water-moving abilities she inherited from her father. The mountains on which she rested had more than peace to offer her.
She wears a pure white dress with red swirling around her hips and from the red high collar of her neck to her sides. The same deep red borders her long sleeves. On the center of her chest sits a smooth, oval, red jewel. Her long, brown hair waves around her face, complimenting the soft chestnut of her eyes.
In the mountains she came upon a dragon who sensed within her the gift of Fire, like the already-known gift of Water she possessed. This knowledge of the gift proved a scandal of immorality in her family. Still, the one question had to be considered: what happens when you combine two natural opposites in one body? Shouldn't an cosmic explosion happen, destroying the being? Apparently not...
When the dragon touched her, it unlocked the gift, bringing about Fire to reside and mix with Water. After a grueling battle of the Elements within her, she eventually was able to master and separate them to keep them from destroying her. In doing so, she came to command them both at the same time. Reine, a forbidden child of Fire and Water, was disowned by her father for disgracing her family, exiled from the City by the Supreme Elements who considered her an abomination and a threat, and forced to take up the lonely life of being an outsider.
As she worked with her Elements, she came to find the many abilities she could use for her advantage. Aside from moving and commanding Water, as well as igniting Fire from thin air, she found that when she combined the Elements, nine times out of ten, the result was, for lack of a better word, awesome. As long as she has access to water, she can manipulate it. The amount of water available also dictates what she can do.
-Water Manipulation:-
Water whips
Speedy Rusting (if enemy wears any metal)
Water as a barrier
Ice
-Fire Manipulation:-
Fire balls from her fists, about the size of her fist, shot every time she punches the air
Fire breathing
Wings of fire... but it burns her arms
-Combination of Elements:-
Steam coverage (like fog to confuse)
-Anything that involves moving an element at the opponent can only be done up to 8 feet.-
-Non-Elemental-
Growing up, intensive practice was a must, and to be well-rounded one had to fight without their Element. Flexibility was something that was necessary. Hand-to-hand combat was learned in the for cases when their Element was unusable. A dance-like form of fighting was adopted, mostly made up of twirls, flips, and a few kicks.
