Rehiring the same deported illegals?

This came as somewhat of shock to me. Consider this employer. The authorities come and take their employee away for deportation because he/she is an illegal alien. You might think that the employer may try to hire some different illegals, and maybe they do. However, even if they have many employees you would they would never hire the same illegal/s over and over again:

Not shocking.
We need to hold businesses and landlords responsible for their actions in helping illegals.
And make punishment progressive.
each offense should be more then the previous incident, and even more if the
same person is being hired, so they know they are illegal.
