  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Guys, my girlfriend and I had sex like two times and other sexual activities. Now we are no longer together and i regret what I did. I just wasn't thinking and I feel so unclean. Both of us lost our virginities and can no longer give it to our future spouses which i wanted to do. I was really dumb and now i don't know what to do. I just don't know if I'll forgive myself. I'm just worried that me losing my virginity will cost me so much including being with the one that i love.

Repent, get up and walk the straight path again. Focus on God and not on your past. He loves you and will forgive you, and so will any christian woman you are meant to be with if they are true to God.

Praise him for giving you the conscience which has condemned you, and that he will remove the condemnation when you truly repent.

God Bless

Not true, you can give it to your future spouse if you marry her. Yes, the one you shared it with!

i don't get what you mean, lol sorry!

I believe Desi means that if you were to mend things up with the woman you gave your virginity to, and then marry her you would have given it to your future wife. It's obviously something not to be taken lightly... the giving of your virginity and the thought of marriage. If you loved/cared for this woman enough to be sexual with her when once you wanted to wait until marriage, then there was something there that drew you to her.

Either way, repent to God and start over. Watch out for all things that could cause you to stumble again. Once you've experienced that and awoke sexuality up before God's planned timing, it is hard, I know from experience, to continue to walk again in purity, of heart, mind and body. So be on the watch and lean on God and others to keep some accountability.
