I use Google Chrome and an extension called "Flash Video Downloader" that allows me to download whatever is playing in mp4 format. Flash videos can also be downloaded from most any site in Flash flv format. Anywho, just wanted to throw a tip out there for peeps.

Oh, and there is a program called "Freemake Video Converter" which could be used to covert the mp4 files into mp3 or wmv. Chrome, the extension, and Freemake, are all free btw.
