Going to rest now. My beloved Three Hawks is suppose to be coming home sometime today, but only for 1 day and then he must leave again for another week. Be blessed my friends. And just in case the eyes of the anonymous one who has been graciously sending me blessings, armor and special items is reading this, I thank you. May the Great Spirit bless you for your thoughtfulness and generous spirit. I am truly grateful and humbled for these things.

Ah yes, but does your spirit guide not talk to you of such things? ... I have had to shoo away spying blackbirds and crows ... there are many set against what we are doing here , and the Great Spirit gives them power almost as much as we, just not quite as much

I do not use a animal guide, such as suggested. I have characteristics similiar to that of a fox, but I rely strictly on the Spirit of G-d. Spirit Guides are a part of Shamism, and I do not practice that. That is an ancient sacred religion that I know very little about.

Are you drinking enough water? Sometimes low backache is the kidneys not getting enough water. Also, you could try a different sleeping position, sleep with a rolled up towel under your neck.
