my dad's friend is diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and he might only have a short time to live. My aunt talked to him about the gospel from here (over long distance call) and he said yes on the spot. But mom who's over there, said he's resistent to having an outsider to come talk to him, with all the things going on.. and there aren't many christian friends around him, except mom who doesn't have confident in talking to him, and mom's sister, who is a pastor's wife but does not know him so well.

please pray that Mak will open himself more to people talking to him about God, and that God will heal Him. Mak, from my childhood memory, has always been stubborn over many things and he has quite a temper as well. It's hard to believe that he's truly believed.. not that we don't believe that he has believed, but we're afraid that it's a shaky foundation with what little time he has.

Almighty God, you see all things, you can do all things, Praise your Holy name. Please open this persons heart to you so healing and a great new life may enter his life.
