'was wondering if anyone is writing anything worth reading, with interesting interps. of the Bible.. taking on Daniel and Rev.. I bought a book recently.. 'Unveiling the End Times in our Time' by Adrian Rogers.. very simplistic and boring.. I am looking for some proper investigation into the texts in the Bible.. anyway, I'm now reading ' The Return of the Nephilim' by John Klein. A book i can recommend is .. 'After the Flood' by Bill Cooper.. he spent 25 years researching the post-flood records of Europe, and the decent from Japheth, and records that they mis-interpret such as Beowolf.. not end-times, but very interesting.

I read Nephilim Stargates: The Year 2012 and the Return of the Watchers but it creeped me out a little.

I haven't read anything about Daniel or Revelation.

Someone on here said not too long ago that they ordered the Dead Sea Scrolls...I guess not all of them have been translated and released to the public yet.

Yes I have and do.

The Book of 1 Enoch explains the doctrines of the Bible, for it is where the foumdations are laid out for us of all the doctrines of the Bible, which in the Bible are then never laid out, but only referred to as they were already laid out in 1 Enoch.
I like the edited and compiled edition of 1 Enoch by Ronald K Brown, which I bought from Amazon, but I wish that someone would do a modern English translation [it is still in KJ type old English] with a concordance of all the words of it from the original languagewith the meanings of them -it would help a lot. There are elipses in it, and some pages are scrambled out of order to the original, but what is there is well worth the study and it can be correlated to the OT and NT.

The Book of Jasher/Yasher =Book of the Upright, goes into details and explains things that Moses redacts from the Genesis account and that Joshua redacts from his account but which are all there in Jasher and Joshua -Jasher is compiled by Moses and Joshua from other, older accounts and testaments written by the Patriarchs, and from their own records, as they state in the Book of Jasher, themselves. -Having already ritten it in Jasher, it is redacted in Genesis -Joshua. "Behold, is it not written in the Book of Jasher?" -Jos 10:13- so, in other words; "go read it there" -2Sa 1:18

I have had Cooper's After the Flood for some years now, and in the appendix seven he has Latinus in the list. There are two Latinus' named in Jasher, and their dates are given -just as all dates in Jasher are given
for all events recorded; and names and ages of all the Patriarchs and their wives names and the ages/dates of events in their lives are given too, so After the Flood and Jasher correlate even on that -and maybe on other names in the lists; but I have not read After the Flood for years, now. I just remembered the name Latinus was in it, when I read Jasher and looked him up.

In the Book of Jasher we have the name “Latinus”, here:
``````````````and here:
Then in Cooper’s After the Flood, we have Latinus in the list:
http://ldolphin.org/cooper/appen7.html
I am also reading Galileo was Wrong by Sungenis and Bennett, because my eyes were opened to the fact of the absolute truth of the Word of God, after reading 1 Enoch's astronomical book and discovering that indeed -yes in fact- in God's Word the sun itself rises and sets and runs it's course, as does the moon and the stars, but that the earth is fixed/established, in the Word! -So I looked for geocentric books and ordered that one and have it now.
I also have The Crystal Sun by a brilliant man, Robert K.G. Temple, who is well read and who is able to communicate his thoughts and understandings and technical scientific points with ease [but who does not know God] and who has written the book on the ancient's understanding of optics. I have not got all the way through it, but true history is always fascinating to me and Temple helps my own cause with his own research and reports of the ancient's understandings and writings on the subject at hand.
I recently purchased the Dead Sea Scrolls Translated by Garcia Martinez and am finding much in it to correlate with Enoch and Jasher -parts of ENoch are in it and not yet Jasher, but information from Jasher is in things in the Dea Sea Scrolls, and probably it will turn up there in the massive books not yet published. I did not get it to understand what the Qumram community believed, but for the wealth of books which survived by their storing them there.
I do not agree with the interpretations of the Bible of the person who put it online, but I read this http://www.stevequayle.com/Giants/W.Europe/W.Europe3.html, and from the site there are history books quoted which speak of the Roman army's battles with European giants -and the final defeat of the giants by the Roman army after nearly being destroyed at several battles over the centuries, themselves.
I have tried to buy some of the ancient history books which are quoted, but have not yet found sources for the reprints into English of the Latin texts. I may buy them used, someday...
Galileo was Wrong by Sungenis and Bennett.. that sounds fascinating.. unfortunatley not available in the UK.
I ordered this one recently.. Dead Men's Secrets: Tantalising Hints of a Lost Super Race. I've been trying to find something on this subject from the christian viewpoint, .. not the aliens/annunaki popular books, which dominate the market now.
I have Dead Men's Secrets too. I had read much of the information in other Creation books, before, but he did have the tunnels' ones; which were interesting, and which I had not read of before. Some of his tunnels' one's are hearsay, so prove all things. The TV broadcast reported to have been picked up in England years after it was broadcast from a station in the USA was hearsay, also -so again, prove all things.
On the tunnels, I got into quite a discussion with skeptics on another forum when I was stating that there is nothing new under the sun -absolutely nothing- that it has all been done before. They scoffed at it all and when I searched I discovered that even the tunnels have been done today that were written about from ages past, with glass sides and of great size and with no debree.
I discovered the the nuclear powered tunnel boring machine of modern times is in existence [patented and used by the USG and makes glass sided tunnels up to 50-60 ft in diameter, with no debree, for it melts the dirt as it bores to the temperature of making it glass, and deposits it back as walls. So truly there is no new thing under the sun, it has all been done before.
He also opens with a fiction story to set the stage for his list of facts, which fiction I did not care for anyway...but it is good to have a list of the things "out of place".
Here you are -a good site for all these things. You will not get through this in a "month of Sundays", as they say, because he links to papers, museums, articles and such from all over the world. http://www.s8int.com/
I've been trying to hunt down that book 'Galileo was wrong' but i cant find a copy for sale.. the US amazon has got it.. but not the UK amazon, and nothing else on the internet.. perhaps i'll order it from the bookshop.
I have seen videos on google video, about these tunnel making machines, in the US, they've got these tunnels all over the place, so they say. Even got down to such a depth that they opened up a cave full of demons.. sooty smoke coming out and everything..
Remember to prove all things. Don't just believe anything you hear.
when i watch videos, i start with the idea that they are not 'given as' telling lies.. i watch the people to try and figure out if they are telling the truth, and what motivation there could be for telling lies.. and perhaps that they are drawing conclusions on what they understand from their world-view. Also with books. That guy Phil Schneider.. i dont see that as a lie..
Before we read any other books, we need to make sure that we've
first read every word in the Bible (Matthew 4:4), over and over
and over again until we've become very familiar with everything
that the Bible teaches.
For everything that other books teach must always be tested
against the Bible (Acts 17:11b). Anything that contradicts the
Bible is false, because the Bible is infallible in doctrine
(2 Timothy 3:16).
But if we don't yet know everything that the Bible teaches, how
will we know if another book we're reading is true or false?
Your writings contradict the Bible in many places, so I guess everyone should avoid reading "you"
