I didn't see a "Christian Game Developer" ministry listed. This is as close as I could find. If there is a more appropriate thread please direct me there. Thanks!
As a Christian Game Developer the world is my mission field. I have a team of volunteers who have been helping me create Christian games. We recently released our first game, Chariots, and just released version 1.2 patch. We hope to reach people for Christ on a global scale, one player at a time.
Currently Chariots is only available in English, we hope to have it translated into Spanish in the next year. We also are working on a Christian MMORPG called Visions, that we also hope to launch the first stage in the next year.
As everyone in any Christian ministry understands, we face many challenges. Some physical, some financial, some emotional, but mostly Spiritual. We ask for prayer support from anyone who will support us through prayer. Please pray for my development team and their families, for our health, for our saftey, for Spiritual protection over us. Pray for each of us to have the strength, energy, stamina, and courage to do what we need to do, and to have the wisdom, insight and understanding to know how and when to do it. God has already helped get us this far, I know He will continue to help us. But the enemy has tripped some of my developers along the way, some have fallen away, some have given up hope, some have simply been distracted by other pursuits in life. Please pray for all the people who have been or ever will be on my team, and ask the Lord to guide them, as I ask continually on their behalf every day. I am ever so grateful to the developers who have remained faithful, and dedicated, and have brought Chariots to completion and who look forward to returning to work on Visions once again.
Keep praying. We're all in service to Him! The time is so short, and the workers so few, and the need so great. I'm sure you can all relate to the feeling of urgency. I want it all to be done already!
