Instead of arguing and studying whether homosexuality is wrong or not, start going out there and ministering to these people as God would want you to. Let's stop debating because the people you are debating with are christians. Instead go out there and minister to people who don't have Jesus Christ. Share God's love with them and pray for people who are lost.

The bible tells you about arguments:

"22Flee the evil desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 23Don't have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. 24And the Lord's servant must not quarrel; instead, he must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful." -2 Timothy 2:22-24 (New International Version)

The only people who want to debate scripture are people who do doubt the accuracy of the scriptures. They cause divisions within the church and rifts between christians.

People are dying everyday without knowing Jesus Christ. We don't know when we will die. Life is only temporary. Why not bring people to Christ instead of spending time debating what the bible says.

Jesus Christ died so people can be forgiven. The pharisees use to condemn Jesus and say that he was eating with tax collectors.

Look at how Jesus dealt with it:" 9As Jesus went on from there, he saw a man named Matthew sitting at the tax collector's booth. "Follow me," he told him, and Matthew got up and followed him.

10While Jesus was having dinner at Matthew's house, many tax collectors and "sinners" came and ate with him and his disciples. 11When the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, "Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and 'sinners'?" 12On hearing this, Jesus said, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 13But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.'For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." (Matthew 9 )

I agree we need to reach out to individuals for Christ in love and truth. However, we are also supposed to hold eachother accountable as brothers and sisters.

Isn't that rich. Go out and minister to homosexuals for they don't have Jesus Christ in their lives and are lost...

Well, my sister, if it makes you rest a little better tonite, know that there is a gay man out there that very much has jesus christ in his life. at the same time..I'm not lost at all...i know what my purpose is and i know what God's plan for me is. It has something to do with combating all the animosity towards his children that are different than they are. Instead of trying to correct God's plan...perhaps we should respect it and know that homosexuality is a part of it. something tells me though if God came back tomorrow morning and said there is nothing wrong with homosexuality...most people against it today would think he were a false god, and not accept him like he wasn't accepted at birth...and the way he wasn't accepted until he died for us.

I'm not saying a homosexual cannot know Jesus Christ. I'm saying that people should be ministering to people who don't know Jesus Christ. Why are christians arguing with each other on homosexuality. If you are a christian and you are a homosexual, I won't judge you or condemn you. God knows your heart.

We are called to do everything in love not anger.

I anxiously await anyone who thinks my views of scripture are inaccurate to provide credible, verifiable historical evidence of that and evidence, of the same caliber I provide, that supports a substantially different view of scripture.

I don't believe a person is saved until they repent first.

I agree. I wouldn't even be here if people weren't minimizing the perfect redemptive work by our Savior. These are enemies of the cross and they need to be dealt with. They are trying to destroy God's grace.

Church divisions come from satan. It happens when someone puts their personal agenda ahead of God's agenda.

Nigeria has more episcoplalian members in church on a sunday than the US, Canada, and Australia combined.

But...we aren't yours or Gods enemies. Thinking that may make it easier to dismiss us but the truth is we aren't.

I should hope not. However, I think that it's incompatible for a christian to find fault in our Savior's work, by telling us He didn't die for parts of the OT law that they don't agree with. They do this when they say the law was ridiculous, meaningless, unjust, etc. Jesus said he came to fulfil the OT law and the prophets and He had respect for it. His redemptive work is perfect. If the law was imperfect, then so was His redemptive work. Why make it something less?
