  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The only rawhide that I gave the dog that I had was the basted rawhide bones. He would eat too much of the pressed rawhide and it would make him thow-up. The regular rawhide (not pressed together) is okay.

Hmmm........Wisdomworship already told you what to watch for and I agree. Especially the not eating.

I've heard of a dog that swollowed some rocks and got very sick as a result. This dog couldn't pass the rocks and it caused a lot of problems. The dog was named Lady and lived at a nursing home where I use to work because she needed a calm environment to live in because it was born with MS. The puppy would have been put to sleep if the nursing home didn't want it. I think she was eventually put to sleep anyways because the MS would make it so that Lady was unable to walk long distances and would wonder too far away and had to be carried back and it eventually got to the point when she was suffering so much. She was a very gentle, loving black lab who was great with people.

While your here my puppy doesnt stop eating her poop, how do I get her to stop, she's a stubborn little turd...

She eats everything she sees...

And acts like a little spoiled princess...:D

Feces eating can be rooted in many, many things, from behavioral to physiological. Being your pup a year old, I'd take this one to the vet just in case. They may just have you put enzymes on her food or a bad flavor on the excrement.
