I briefly talked about a lady that my wife and I help and that she will be a friend for life in another thread I posted here. I had mentioned that she was sexually abused and raped. Well, I have some horrible news. Her daughter who was living with her aunt and uncle because of some problems and since living with them have attended a Christian School and is very involved in teen groups came home to visit her mom over spring break and this 19 year old scum of the earth invited her to his house saying all her friends are coming over. I guess you can figure it out. "She was the first one to arrive". Amanda, a 15 year old girl, lost her innocence. She will not tell anybody who the dirt bag is. Originally, she told a story similar to how her mother was raped and people were inclined not to believe her because the stories were so much alike - text book. But finally she told a theripist what happened. She thought she was pregnant also but turned out to be a false alarm. She has gone to the doctor to have a physical to make sure she didn't get anything. It looks like she may go to a private school up north for rape victims with theripsist on site. God says "Vengence is mine sayith the Lord"; But I would not mind caring out the punishment with a 12 inch machedie on somebodies private parts. I ask that you pray for Amanda's emotional and physciollocial needs and that she would also not lose her faith in God like her mother has.

wow, I am so sorry to hear about this and I will pray that God will help to relieve the mental and physical anguish this girl is going to be experiencing. Her innoncence was definitely stripped of her, and this man will hopefully be stopped somehow before he will have the chance to strike again... because if he has done it to her, who is going to stop him from doing it to someone else in the future... may God of mercy on his soul.

I'm so sorry about Amanda - it really angers me that these thing happen time and time again!!! It's so sad that people don't believe that others have been raped - or that they blame the victim - that angers me too . It sounds as though this private school might be a good idea - it would give her the emotional support that she is going to need. Also I think that most people would like to use a 12 inch machete on rapists/paedophiles private parts!!! I will pray for Amanda

I lift them all. The sad news is that the perpetrators are their wicked acting out selves, often, because they too have been mistreated and poorly loved.

I know that isn't the popular view, but after being a part of this family of mine, I have learned that the black and white of things gets a little lost when the perpetrators start to tell their sad tales after being caught or confessing. Truth is, from my experience, they suffer for their dispicable ways like an addict, knowing they ARE wrong. Being judged(not without reason) they rarely get presented the compassionate environment to heal in after they have made the first, second, third mistaken choice...they abide in the 'addiction' or habitual ugliness because confession and help elude them by way of judgement barring them from the avenues for these things we all need. I loathe their behavior as do you all....make no mistake...but, Jesus died for such as these as well as us. And, you would have never seen that typed by me before THIS 'land' in which I now live...the land of ABUSE, victim only by association, but victim none-the-less.

I pray that the Lord Jesus will BREAK the bonds of incest, rape, violence, neglect and passive agressive use of physical contact for vengeance and selfish pleasure, that have leaked into the lives of all here. I pray that one day, Lord Jesus, You may return us in larger part, as a nation, to a day when natural family affection is no longer a lost behavior sending deprived and hungry hearts in search of replacements through violent, irreverant and willful means. I pray that You will restore the family and our homes to a place of safety and nurture and blessing and shared burdens and encouragement and well, basically, what You intended as an environment for children to be brought forth into life and opportunity.

I pray for the day when we can really put down our swords in camp and be blessed in the joy and the pain and the sorrow and the suffering and the celebration of loving each other with confident familiarity and peace.

I lift Amanda, and her fallen aggressors to Your Throne of Grace and Mercy. I pray that You bring healing and conviction and sobriety and temperance to the wildest of spirits among them and salvage their torn and tattered lives as useful works for your Kingdom's glory. Resurrect the dead and the sleeping and the hardened into renewed glory that can transcend and become the ones who can walk through THIS fire unscathed in the future and make TRUE change in the lives of the broken in THIS land of abuse, by Your Spirit's proven power in transformed lives and stories of redemption.

End the reign of terror and secrets and excess...bring balance and reason and restoration and turning, with the compassionate tenderness and gentleness that ONLY You can provide in this harsh place of deep hurt and fracture, for Your glory, Jesus.....amen and AMEN!

I know I asked for prayers for this girl regarding being raped and people have responded and I want to say Thank You.

However, I hate to say it; But she lied. She admitted that she had sex with somebody at the age of 15 for the 1st time and she thought she missed her cycle so she said she was raped in order not to get brow beat for getting pregnant. This is in fact true. She is not covering up a rape.

I am so mad at her for saying such things - but I still love her as a daughter.
