  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Ok, we've all probably heard some strange and unexpected relationship advice over the years.

Some of it is solicited and some of it isn't.
Sometimes it's just good to laugh about and sometimes it's oddly insightful.

What is some of the advice you have heard/given to others over the years?

One of my favorites:

"There are two types of people those who sleep with the window open and those who don't. A dual control electric blanket has been known to save marriages." ^_^

I am coming to the realization that as a guy my mother bought all the household products (toothpaste, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent etc.) and that when I get married my wife will do the primary amount of grocery shopping/household shopping. That in a sense the females pass down these items from generation to generation almost as a last name is passed down in males haha.

Just a funny observation I have made. May be true may not be. But for me it probably will be true as a guy I dont have much interest in what soap or toothpaste we have.
