Cut up fruit is really great, especially when it's paired with vanilla yogurt to dip it in.

Celery with peanut butter is a favorite of mine.

And if you're looking for conveneince, thin pretzle sticks (the low or no-fat ones) are really good.

My husband makes his own beef jerky in our oven. You can control how much salt is in the jerky if you make it yourself. Using low-sodium soy sauce is a good alternative to just plain salting it.
