I personally have found the Book of Mormon to be widely criticised by people who have never bothered to read it.

Maybe this is fodder for another thread, but what is it with the age of accountability thing? Is any person held accountable for their actions before they come to Christ? We are all sinners, and only by the grace of God are we cleansed when we respond to the call God places on our hearts.And note at the end of the quote the two added groups:
[1] who have died not knowing the will of God concerning them
[2] or who have ignorantly sinned
Seems like [1] is laying a foundation for LDS postmortal gospel preachin and [2] for LDS accountability only after age 8.
This passage alone casts doubt on the BoM's authenticity.

Jesus wasnt a priest. he did not serve as a priest. in fact, most priests rejected him.
