Question for OBOB regulars

How many of you go into protestant threads and question them constantly about thier beliefs?

I have a self-imposed ban on the PRE forum, because I don't want to get any more warnings...bogus or valid.

I can count the number of times I have been in PRE on one hand.

I don't go there. Never do. Not to read nor to discuss. OBOB is my little.. enclave, my home, where I can discuss the Faith the way I believe in it. I think it would be disrespectful to them to come into their home and constantly question them.
Should I have a sincere question on a protestant doctrine, something that I simply do not understand, I would considder going there to get the answer from them and not the catholic view of what the protestants believe. But otherwise..

I feel I serve better by staying here in OBOB. There is a real hunger here that needs to be fed. Lot's of new folks considering Catholicism, returning Catholics, Cradle Catholics looking for answers...not to mention the Lurkers - those who read but never post. So, I feel called to hang around here..as do many of the regulars...

I rarely go to the PRE forum... although I've had great fellowship with Protestants before, I just don't see a need to ask them questions (considering I once was one).

I venture outside OBOB, to defend Christianity (on the non-Christian and Christian areas), and I defend my Catholic faith on a few forums.

thought so.
most of my time is in news, duking it out with atheist. i love protestants they are our closest allies in the Global fight against satan. but i never try to question thier beliefs. but there are some real mad dogs out there who wont cut us a break.

Well the truth is I do read the threads there and if I see something that contradicts JESUS or Christianity OR directly bashes Catholics then I do respond and not always as nicely as I could.

At least I am honest. I do have a bit of a quick temper and I really do need to work on that! But I am a defender of my faith and of Jesus so I guess sometimes it cannot be helped!

It may be misinterpreted, but it may not. Same goes for questions here in the OBOB.

Of the time I spend here at CF, I have lately been spending more in P/R/E. There are more than enough people in OBOB to address questions.

Generally I stay away from PRE and only on occassion do I venture over there. When I do, I'm usually discouraged that there are attacks on our faith that are considered acceptable. Since we're not able to defend ourselves from false statements, etc. I don't really see the point.

I used to feel that i could post relatively freely in the P/R/E forum, but at that time, i was...welll....a protestant.
