Question About Implantation

Ok ladies, I need some help... sorta new to TTC. Anyhow, I think I am pregnant. First, my breasts are super heavy and I have had shooting pains in them that woke me up in my sleep. The areola around the nipple is wider and darker and my nipples have changed shape and color. I have NEVER experienced this as a PMS symptom. I had a positive OPK until cycle day 20 and we BD'd every other day this month. I have been testing every day this past week and have been getting negatives on tests with 20miu sensitivity. I had some cramping on cycle day 26 and 27. Then today, cycle day 29, I got what I thought was my period. I had some medium strength cramps and put in a tampon (sorry if TMI). Usually, on the first day of my period I go through at least 4 or 5 tampons (regular absorbancy). However, during my usual change every couple of hours, all of the tampons I used were still over 80% unused (bright red instead of the usual dark red/brown I get). Is this implantation or AF?? I realize that only time can really tell but thought I would ask in case any one else has experienced this?

Do you know yet whether you're pregnant?

i had implantation bleeding with my first.... what I thought was my period started one week earlier then expected, i didn't cramp, and it was really light.... we were trying and I was suspicious... and when took test it was positive.

It's possible I suppose to have breast symptoms that soon... every woman is different... but my breast didn't really start to grow or feel heavy and my nipples didn't change colors until just recently, and i'm in my 5th month of pregnancy. I think I'm about to start having oh what do you call that stuff, the premilk leakage that usually occurs at this time and about to have to buy another bra. But occassionally throughout my earlier months my breast would hurt and be sensitive and sore... but didn't really start feeling full until recently. I think it happened sooner with my last pregnancies though. Hope the news turns out good for you

Like hisbloddformysins I've only really noticed the darkening of the areola and heaviness over the last couple of months. Not right at the beginning, however everyone's different. Some people have very painful bbs at the start and that's how they realise they're pg, but i never normally get that anyway even at PMS time.

Have you used a really sensitive preg test yet (like First Response) or something to check? THat's pretty much a sure way to tell.

Plus i don't know if it's just me but i felt like i had all the symptoms of pregnancy and that my cycle always "felt" different when we were ttc - i think my brain was in overdrive!

all the breat changes you have said i have had right at the start both times (so you could be like me)

also some women still have preiods when they are pregnant /9even though the aint real ones.

have you done a home pregnancy test? you should maybe try one. and no mater what the result go to the doctors, if your not pregnant and your breast are changing thatis something nto talk to a doctor about.

My nipples changed color dramatically but only toward the second trimester of my pregnancy. Every woman has different symptoms though.

Not pregnant for sure... hopefully this cycle.

The breast changes went back down, I am thinking it was a fertilized egg that didn't implant.....

better luck next time. that could have possible been the problem.
