A. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved.
Q. How will I know that I am saved?
A. You will begin to love righteousness and hate sin.
Q. How will I know what righteousness and sin is?
A. The Spirit will convict of sin and righteousness by how God defines sin and righteousness in His Law. To the lost the Law defines sin but to the saved it defines rightousness.
Q. But haven't we been delivered from the bondage of the law?
A. Yes we have, through love. Bondage produces burden and burden comes when we view the Law as a means to be made right with God. Salvation brings love for God knowing that we are already right with God through Christ. When one loves God the Law will no longer be a burden. Remember, to the lost, the Law defines sin leading to death but to the saved the Law defines righteousness leading to life abundantly.
