Psychic Abilities--- Sin?

hi my name on here is Nowforever but that doesnt matter i am a good man of god i love god just as any other christian but i do believe i have received these abilities from god he told me personally through this thing called astral projection where my conciousness goes somewhere else in creation, it just so happened god wanted to show me something amazing. Anyway god told me in the place he took me to that these things arent sin, shortly after i had learned i can manipulate fire, Manipulate the Wind, Water, Heal people there is no need to be skeptical or doubt these things i tell you as i created an account JUST to ask your opinion on what i tell you its not witchcraft as i thought before i got into this that it was witchcraft, i dont do spells i just manifest on the energy objects give off and i manipulate it with my mind
God has shown me these things for a reason and i have interpreted that to mean we all have abilities like mine but what do you all think?
ps i dont doubt the word of god at all i just want a second opinion

YES ABSOLUTELY and it's dangerous. There was a guy I used to listen to on Youtube called The Vigilant Christian who used to be in the occult and once practiced lucid dreaming and other occult stuff and once ran into demons within his dream just from playing around a little.

hm ive never ran into demons doing this personally ive been possessed by an arch angel inorder to exercise a demon once when i do these things i feel as if god just wanted me to have them to teach everyone what good they are i mean ive been doing this for atleast 2 years now with no problems at all

There isn't anything in scripture that says that it's ok to do that stuff so you shouldn't do it.

You are playing with the occult, which is an abomination to God. You are being deceived. God's word is very clear about these things. God never contradicts - these things are directly against His word. These things are not from God. An evil spirit has deceived you.

it does say in scripture about psychics and witches BUT the bible was written by man..and it was translated in medeival times could it be that what is said about witchcraft and psychics and mediums be wrong in the translated version? a good example is the chapter of judges where it says slavery and murder is practically okay
i dont know how i am being deceived as i specifically heard god himself say they are not sin when i astrally projected to him
jesus spoke to the astrally projected souls of his deciples when he needed to tell them something, could it be that the message moses isaiah elihaj and jesus tried to spread was that everyone can do these? by gods will?

Astral projection is practising a form of the occult. The mechanics behind this is based in occult demonic power. We do see an example of "astral travel" in the bible, and I think it might have been John. You can Google it. It basically says something along the lines that God brought him into the heavenly realms "whether I was in body or in spirit, I know not". This does not mean that God allows us to astral travel, but it does demonstrate that we can travel in spirit. In this case God did it. God still often takes Christians into visions into Heaven or even hell.
To answer your question about translation - the translation in the bible is correct. It might have been physically written by man, but was written under the direct inspiration of the Holy Spirit. It is God's word, and is correct and true.
Also, when Jesus appears to anyone it is not by astral projection. Jesus is God, and is omnipotent.
In terms of spirits deceiving us. It is very easy for them. Remember, the fallen angels gave the same powers as God's Holy angels. Scripture tells us it is nothing for them to change into an angel of light. We see in John 4 that we need to test these spirits. You can test them by asking if the serve Jesus Christ as Lord and Master, and if they acknowledge that Jesus came to earth as God in the flesh. If the answer yes, then they are probably of God. Even now you will note my hesitancy in that I use probably. Look to the fruit, consequences, of the things they tell you or expect of you.
God's word is irrevocable.

have you told anyone else about this? your parents? pastor? anyone like that? They may be able to give you better guidance. I believe you, but I also agree that astral projection is not of God. I would be very careful about this and research it as well as the Word of God to as the others were saying "test the spirits"

to be a brain surgeon you have to study right? so if you really believe you can manipulate fire and water and go out of your body, I would study before you dive into it full on.

the bible is completely reliable and no the bible was NOT written by man the SPIRIT OF GOD inspired them to write and even the bible says the WORD will be preserved forever (i'm paraphrasing) also you say you don't doubt the bible but yet you said it was written by man
and JESUS did NOT speak to astral projected souls what is astral projection thats Buddhism or janinsm! JESUS speaks to his People but NOT astral projection that is not of GOD,
