Jer 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD , "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 3Jn 1:2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers

Psalm 35:27 Let them shout for joy and be glad, who favor My righteous cause; and let them say continually, ‘Let the LORD be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.

It doesn’t say he takes pleasure in the poverty of His servant, but he does take pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.

You know, I thought this verse was in Romans 8, somewhere along in 32 or so. It's a great one! I'll have to check on where it is. Maybe you're right! - 1 Cor. 3.

i had done a quick google on the phrase and grabbed the first link that had it.. and somehow picked the wrong text reference.

its embarrassing. i try to be accurate. this makes the second mistake i've made.
