Pronouncing a Yoga Term

I'm going to post this a couple places because I need an answer before class on Sunday...

How do I pronounce Vrischika-asana
(The Scorpion Pose)?

The phonetics are provided on the web, but you have to give me a break, because I'm from Texas and will mutilate it if I don't hear it.

Does anyone know of a link to an audio file that I can listen to?

Even if you record it on your computer microphone and link it here I'd appreciate it.

I want to ask about it and not sound like a moron. My teacher uses the formal names of things and not the common names.
