• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

Well it looks like you have a little one there, and are a very busy mama. As your baby gets older you will be able to have some extra time like take a shower..lol

I have a busy life as well with 2 boys in school, but I do have much more time than you. I still procrastinate, but It does get better.
Plus you are tired, so don't beat yourself up.

I found that having a large calendar with colored markers to write down the dates things need to be done and really try to stick to it. Have a in mail/ and out mail system ( bills don't get lost in the shuffle).
Keep the babies toys in order ( old toys put away, and can be brought out on a rainy day) This way is isn't such a huge job all at once. And when things are in order it is easier to stay on top of everything else.

Perhaps hired a older child in the neighborhood to play with the baby ( while your home of coarse) for a few dollars a week, so you can have some free time to get those put off things done.

Have you heard of MOPs? Its a great monthly group for mothers with babies 0-5 years old. I bet they all deal with the exact same thing right now, and can give you some ideas. Google MOPS.

Hope this helped a bit.
