1. You find no scriptural support that regenerated persons can sin. In fact, it's impossible.

2. You hope your wrong because you still sin.

So, then, how is it impossible if You sin??

3. God is in control...yet you're not sure of your salvation even though Calvin believed in perseverance of the saints...

Problem is, you can't really be sure you're one of the saints, can you? Not until you've persevered till the end.

The context is Hebrews was written to the Jews.

I already understand.

I'm not on a computer, but here it is in a nutshell:

Compatibility and free will...
How to make compatible these two statements....
Man has free will
God determines all

God works internally to change a person's heart, thoughts, beliefs, etc. to make that person come to desire what God wants him to desire. Since this is not done by force, Calvinists accept this as God's sovereign right to change us. So the person is doing exactly what God determines him to do.....and yet by their "free will". Which is not really free will, of course.

This is the same god that makes some believe they are saved when really they are not. How does a person trust such a God?

And yet to Believe means to Trust.
Confusing indeed.

Can you choose what to wear each day?

Can you choose when to take a bath, or walk your dog, or wash your close or what to watch or what to listen to?

The "range" in endless.

There's only ONE biblical meaning of free will.

Also, a person should be able to explain what he believes.
If he cannot explain it, it means he doesn't understand it.

Maybe then you could explain it.

For instance,,,,how would you explain
Philemon 1:14?

Which kind of free will is expressed here?
And should there be a parenthesis in scripture explaining what TYPE of free will is being spoken of?

That verse is the end of Calvinism, for those who understand.
