Prejudice against Mormons

I see that the LDS aren't worthy enough to have their own fellowship forum, and aren't considered Christian by almost a majority of members who've voted in a poll against them.

Our church is called: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Last I checked we did follow Christ and believe him to be our savior.

It is not fair and degrading that we aren't looked to as brothers and sisters in Christ just because we vary in doctrine.

Yet many "Christians" differ on huge issues like:

works vs grace, how to baptism, whether baptism is necessary, the day of the Sabbath, allowing female clergy, allowing gay clergy, etc.

It has nothing to do with prejudice or worthiness or unworthiness, AJ. Mormonism is believed by orthodox Christians to be non-Christian because of the way it totally redefines Christ: who He is and what His role is and what our relationship to Him is. It is all so extra-Biblical that it CF has placed the LDS section here in Unorthodox Theology.

The LDS are not singled out. The Jehovah Witness, the Unitarian etc. do not have their own forum per the announcement sticky here. The Christian Forums preamble states:

You will not promote or proselytize beliefs or religions other than Christianity. For the purpose of these rules, Christianity is defined by Christian Forums' Statement of Faith.
