Differences, similarities?- I am actually loooking for the theological differences, as this could affect the way I raise my kids

I also believe in baptising babies, which is actually the normal Presbyterian belief. (Which is exactly the difference between Presbyterian and Reformed baptist views.) I was thinking of future children, but whether you baptise your children now is also an important question.
To some extent it revolves around this: is baptism a symbol of what is in man (ie faith) or is it a symbol of what God does (ie promise forgiveness)? I see it as the latter - it communicates the covenant promises, which are given to me and to my children.
