Didier used to believe in the Lord Jesus when he was in his late teens. About six or seven years ago he became friendly with a young man who introduced him to a sect called "Friends of the earth".Since then he became a different person.He moved to their commune and stayed there for several year.We who have known him before,are baffled and very,very sad.There are periods when he seems quite happy,but many more times when he is so sad and lost and even suicidal. He won`t have anythin said about the Friends of earth but always reads their regular pamphlets which drag him deeper into the mire of utter despair.To shake himself free of the desdpondency,he gets drunk and becomes quite dangerous to others and himself. I believe only Our Lord Jesus can help him. Please pray for him and ask the Lord to free him and be himself again.A Christian friend.

Father God, I lift up Didier to you now. Lord, I pray that you would soften his heart adn keep knocking. I pray that you would give hin the clarity of mind to be able to discern the truth and make his choice based on that truth. May you speak to him and remind him that you are the Way, the Truth and the Life. Lord, I pray that you would not let him get away without having a true understanding of who you are and how much you love him. I pray this in Jesus precious Name, Amen.

My prayers are with you, your family, and your son. May God bless and protect him while he struggles.May God give you strength and patience, and guide you to choose your words wisely. Have you considered consulting an expert on cults who could advise you about how to handle this situation. Can you talk to him, without mentioning his group, and suggest he see a doctor for symptoms of depression. If you mention his group, I suspect he might think that's your only motivation. I pray Father that he will choose to come to Know you before it's to late! I pray that he will seek to find you, and lay his burdens down at your feet! Lord, God, I pray for Didier. Be with Him, and lead Him to your path when he is lost. Guide him to do what is right. Send your love and angels to protect him day and night. Be inside his heart. Lord, I pray that you end his suffering, and let Him know the Truth, and the Life. Pull Him out of the darkness that he is in, and don't let Satan trick Him. Do away with the evil in His life, so that he may be clean and safe, and let him see the way he is headed so that he may turn back. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray, Amen.
